After submitting the required consultation details, you will be redirected to a payment gateway where you can pay for your consultations online. You can pay the fee using credit, debit or cash card. You can also make the payment through Net banking or by using PayPal. Payment can be made in either INR or US dollars.

What are the refund policies?
The payment for your consultation will not be refunded in case of cancellations. Refunds will be provided only if the service is not fulfilled by the healthcare provider. The refunded amount will be credited to your wallet, to be used against future consultations.
