Video consultation through the ContinuousCare app helps your doctor to view your PHR (Personal Health Records), health journals, health data and the health variations etc. at the time of your video session. By accessing this data, your doctor can provide you with better advice based on your health information. On completing the video session, your doctor can provide a review note and update medications / prescriptions etc. which you will receive as a Video Consultation Summary.
All you need to do is to be ready on time for the video session by ensuring that you have no external disturbances to affect your consultation.
