Once your trial period ends, your account will be deactivated for 30 days, after which it will be terminated completely. You can login and subscribe to a plan within this duration to resume services.

White-labelling is available only in the Enterprise plans. However, it will not be available during the trial period of the Enterprise plans, as it requires an elaborate set-up process, which will be done once you have subscribed to the plan. You can still use all other features during the trial period.

You can choose a billing option (eg., annual, semi-annual billing) and pay for a subscription plan of your choice by credit or debit card. To pay for a subscription plan, access Settings > Virtual Practice Subscription > Virtual Practice Plans on your Virtual Practice Manager. Subscription payments can be done before or after the expiry of your free trial.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription, any time. Note that there will be no refunds on downgrading your subscription. In case you are downgrading, additional credits will be available for the payment made towards your current billing cycle, which will be utilized for payment of the new subscription plan. In case you are upgrading, you will be billed immediately for the difference in pricing of your current plan and new plan, till the next billing.

Team users refer to anyone you can add to your Virtual Practice team and they would generally be the healthcare providers, nurses, administrators, etc. of your organization. They can then individually login to your Virtual Practice Manager under their own accounts, to provide and manage services. Each plan supports a number of team users and you can choose one that meets your requirements. On the other hand, patient users are unlimited and free on all plans.

You can add new team users to your Virtual Practice, any time you need. You will be billed for the additional team users as and when you add them.

If provisioned in your chosen plan, the custom-branded patient mobile app will be available as an add-on option priced at $99*12=$1188/year i.e., for Android phones at $1008 and iOS phones at $180, with an annual payment option. Video streaming charges are applicable. The cost is USD0.005225 per streamed subscribed minute. Streamed subscribed minutes applies to the duration of time during which both participants are subscribing to each other's video stream. These costs only apply for actual sessions, with both participants involved. It will not apply if one participant starts streaming video but the other participant has not joined the call. So, for a video session of 15 minutes duration, the total streamed subscribed minutes = 2 x 15. The total cost of a 15 minute video session is thus: USD 0.005225/min x 2 x 15 = USD 0.15675. Overall usage costs will be invoiced at the end of every month, if applicable.

re SMS sending costs apply for all SMS messages sent from your Virtual Practice, including automated event alerts and also custom messages. The cost of an SMS message depends on the location of the recipient. It is important to note that 1 SMS = 160 characters. So when sending custom SMS messages, if the message is, say 300 characters long, then it will be considered as 2 SMS messages by the SMS services.

If you choose to use the platform’s default SMS gateway, then applicable SMS sending costs will be invoiced at the end of every month. You can also directly plug in your own SMS accounts in which case you can directly pay your SMS service.

Yes, we do support mapping of a custom domain to the patient portal website which allows you to use your own domain e.g. www.yourcompanyname.com instead of yourcompanyname.continuouscare.io. We currently support English and Spanish in the patient interfaces (Web Patient Portal and custom-branded patient mobile app) of the Virtual Practice. Supported languages other than English, are enabled based on request. Please note that translations are currently sourced from customers for optimal suitability to context. Customers can review the translations and provide feedback regarding the translation accuracy in the interfaces. There is no additional charge for availing of supported languages.
