 Audio Transcription Setup For providers using audio transcription, ensure your browser has microphone permissions enabled. Test your microphone volume and functionality before starting consultations for the best experience.
Language Support English is our primary supported language for audio transcription and AI Scribe. We welcome feedback from customers using other languages as we continue to improve multilingual support.
 Provider Responsibility Providers must review, edit, and finalize all AI-generated content. The AI Scribe is a tool to assist documentation but does not replace professional medical judgment. Your terms of use now include clauses for responsible usage of AI features.
 AI Scribe Credits The AI Scribe feature uses a credit system. You receive free credits monthly, with options to purchase additional credits as needed. Credit information is accessible in your credit’s dashboard and throughout the user interface.
