Templates you create are added to your “My Template Library”

My Template Library

Your library may include:

  • Templates you created, used or added to the library.
  • Team templates that become part of your library once you use them or add them manually by clicking selecting “Add to My Library.”
  • System templates provided by the platform, which are automatically added when you use them or select “Add to My Library.”

You can view, edit, archive, or clone the template that you have created. Convert templates you created to Team Templates (if you have the right permissions), so others in your organization can use them. Additionally, you can mark templates as Favorites or set them as Defaults for quick access. The library also allows you to organize and sort templates based on usage frequency or apply filters to find what you need easily.

Team Template

All templates in the Team Template list are visible to HPs within your organization. If you have the necessary permissions you can share your template with your organization by selecting “Save as Team Template.” Once saved, the template becomes accessible to all Healthcare Providers in your organization and can be used in the AI-assisted document creation process.

Members of your Virtual Practice can also contribute their templates to the Team Template Library for team-wide use. If another HP has created a useful Team Template, you can add it to your own My Template Library by clicking “Add to My Library.”

You can also filter Team Templates by category and specialization, and sort them by favorites or usage to quickly find what’s most relevant to you.

System Template

System Templates are pre-defined standard templates available by default in your Virtual Practice. They are ready-to-use and can help you quickly create consultation documents.

  • These templates will be available to all users in your VP.
  • You cannot edit system templates directly.
  • You can clone, add to your library, or use them for creating documents.
