Your Free Trial of the Virtual Practice
When you first register your Virtual Practice, you get a free trial for 14 days during which you can try out the features. You can also add user accounts for your team members if any, so that they can also try using the Virtual Practice. Your patients can also be added to the Virtual Practice during the trial phase.
Subscribing to a Virtual Practice Plan
At the end of your free Trial, to continue using the Virtual Practice, you will need to subscribe to one of the subscription plans. Our current plans include the following plans.
- Solo Plan
- Team Plan
You can opt to subscribe on a monthly billing or annually billing basis.
The cost of subscription on the Team plan depends on the number of active staff or team users that you have at the time of subscription. Please see details on this at https://www.continuouscare.io/pricing/
When you are ready to subscribe to a plan, visit the Virtual Subscription setting under Settings.
Here, you can view the current status of your Virtual Practice account (remaining days of trial period, current number of staff users etc.)
Based on the number of staff users you have, or wish to support, you can select a plan of your choice Solo or Team and your billing preference whether monthly or Annual and proceed to Subscribe by clicking the button.
Before you make the payment, you will be presented with the Subscription Order Summary in which, you can view the total amount payable for the selected plan. Click on “Make Payment” to securely make your payment online.
Note: Our payment system currently supports only Visa and MasterCard credit card payments for international users. Customers in India have the option of some debit cards. For more options, please contact email@example.com
At this point you will be presented with a secure payment page from our payment provider. Here you be will be required to verify your mobile number. Proceed to enter your required credit card details and click on “Pay” to process your payment.
On successfully completing the payment process, you will be successfully subscribed to the selected Virtual Practice plan. This will reflect under the Virtual Practice subscription details under Settings.
On the Team plan you can continue to add more users when needed. Your subscription will be updated accordingly.
