If you going to be away on holiday or are unavailable for consultation for a few days, you can notify your patients about it on your Virtual Practice.
Steps to set up unavailable days
- Log in to your Virtual Practice and go to the Virtual Practice Manager under “Settings”
- Go to the Appointment Settings section
- On the page you will see the option to set unavailable days. Select the time period for which you will be away and choose to display a message to your patients when they visit your Virtual Practice (eg. Timings, reasons and alternatives for emergencies)
- Save your changes.
