If you going to be away on holiday or are unavailable for consultation for a few days, you can notify your patients about it on your Virtual Practice.

Steps to set up unavailable days

  1. Log in to your Virtual Practice and go to the Virtual Practice Manager under “Settings”
  2. Go to the Appointment Settings section
  3. On the page you will see the option to set unavailable days. Select the time period for which you will be away and choose to display a message to your patients when they visit your Virtual Practice (eg. Timings, reasons and alternatives for emergencies)
  4. Save your changes.
