If you going to be away on holiday or are unavailable for consultation for a few days, you can notify your patients about it on your Virtual Practice.

Steps to set up unavailable days

  1. From Settings → Team User, go to the Unavailability Settings of a particular team user
  2. From here, you can specify the start and end date during which the team user will not be available for consultations
  3. You can select the Practice Locations at which the team user will not be available during the mentioned period. Only the list of Practice Locations mapped to the team user will be displayed here.
  4. You may also choose to display an unavailability message to patients when they visit your Virtual Practice, to book a clinic consultation (eg. Timings, reasons and alternatives for emergencies)
