Healthcare Provider’s signature play an important role in the documents generated within your Virtual Practice. Adding a signature not only authenticates the document but also assures patients of its validity. Whether it is a Consultation Note, a Prescription, or a Lab Order, including the provider’s signature ensures that these records are formally approved and compliant with medical documentation standards.
Digital Signature
The Healthcare Provider’s digital signature can be uploaded from their Professional Profile. Once uploaded, the signature will automatically appear in all patient-facing documents added by this provider, including Consultation Notes, Prescriptions, and Lab Orders.

Alternatively, your Virtual Practice can be configured to use an e-signature instead of a digital signature. This requires a back-end configuration specific to your Virtual Practice account
Important: Contact support@continuouscare.io if you would like the e-Signature feature enabled for your Virtual Practice. Digital signatures can be configured by providers directly in their Professional Profile.
