Enable secure, streamlined collaboration with a Partner organization—directly from your Virtual Practice. This is an Early Access feature, enabled for selected customers upon their request.

What the Partner feature adds
Send service requests directly to Partner Pharmacies (for prescriptions) and Partner Labs (for lab orders).
Two-way partner configuration securely exchanges requests between your Virtual Practice and the Partner’s instance.
Automatic results routing—Lab reports uploaded by the Partner Lab appear in the patient’s PHR > Medical Reports.
How it works
- Provision Partner instances for the chosen Pharmacy/Lab.
- Mutual partner configuration:
- Your Virtual Practice is added as a Partner in the Pharmacy/Lab instance.
- The Pharmacy/Lab instance is added as a Partner in your Virtual Practice.
- Care team workflow: Providers create prescriptions and lab orders as usual, then assign to the Partner for fulfilment.
- Fulfilment & results: Partners process requests, update status, and (for labs) upload reports that flow back into the patient’s record.
Roles & access
- Pharmacy instance: Primary Account Owner, Pharmacy Admin, Pharmacist.
- Lab instance: Primary Account Owner, Lab Admin, Lab Technician.

Is this feature generally available?
Not yet. It’s currently in Early Access, and can be enabled for customers upon request.
Do we need separate accounts for each partner?
Yes. Each Partner (Pharmacy or Lab) uses its own instance under your domain and is linked as a Partner organization.
Where do lab reports appear after upload?
Reports uploaded by the Partner Lab are automatically available in the patient’s PHR under Medical Reports.
